Hi! I'm Grace Hedgepeth, or better known as, Sugar Plum! Baking has been a passion of mine ever since I was a little girl. I began making cakes when I was in high school and quickly learned baking was what I wanted to do, forever! After graduating high school, I attended Carteret Community College in Morehead City, North Carolina. During my attendance, I obtained a Baking and Pastry Arts degree. Although I am a beach girl, Greenville, North Carolina will always be my home (Go Pirates!).  After graduating college, I moved back to Greenville and started Sugar Plum Baking Co. I am so thankful to do what I truly love and share this with all of you!
